You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law to place an order. If you use the site on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

Access to certain features may require login via email OTP. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure and for all activity under your session. Do not share OTP codes with anyone. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse or fraud.

Product images are for illustration. Descriptions and specifications are provided in good faith; minor variations in color, packaging, or accessories may occur. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as displayed at checkout. We may update prices, offers, or stock without prior notice. If a pricing error is discovered, we may cancel the order and notify you.

To keep inventory fair, cart quantity is limited to a maximum of 5 units per product. An order is an offer to buy; acceptance happens when we confirm/process the order. We may refuse or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, failed address/phone verification, unusual order patterns, or suspected fraud.

Currently, orders may be placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. COD is subject to pin-code serviceability and order value limits set by us. You agree to pay the exact order amount to the delivery executive at the time of delivery. Additional payment methods may be added later and will be shown at checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location, stock, and logistics conditions. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package and that address details are accurate.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Raising a request does not automatically entitle you to a refund until we approve it after inspection.

All website content, branding, logos, product photography, and design elements belong to SAGATHIYA TECHSOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without written permission.

You agree not to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection rights, courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your purchases.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
